Project Experience: A major mixed use development on a 49 acres ( 20 hectares) site in Nottinghamshire. Planning permission has now been granted, subject to the completion of a S106 Agreement, for Class B employment, retail, residential and new sports facilities.

 Consultancy Support:  Planning consultancy and project management, coordinating the  project from scheme conception and design, to community consultation, planning application submission and determination.
