Project Description: Preparing the submission of a major planning application for Taylor Wimpey Homes. This proposal will be the first significant residential phase of the Shrewsbury South Urban Extension. It involves sensitive design considerations including the development impact on the setting of a Grade 2* listed building. Planning permission for 291 dwellings was secured in September 2013.
