Project Experience: PlanIT Planning and Development was brought into this project by the land owner following an unsuccessful planning application. Technical objections were resolved and planning permission has been granted for 108 houses.

Consultancy Support: PlanIT has provided planning consultancy support throughout the duration of the repeat planning application. We are now acting in an agency role to secure a land sale.
