Project Description: This greenfield site was promoted for residential development through the South Worcestershire Development Plan. PlanIT Planning and Development prepared a Promotional Document to demonstrate that the site was appropriate for development having regard to landscape impact, technical constraints and the site’s credential as a sustainable location for housing growth. A Council allocation was secured for 25 homes in the Council’s Local Plan. PlanIT subsequently brought forward an initial planning permission for the 25 units and then secured approval for a phase 2, resulting in a total scheme of 58 homes. PlanIT then acted for the landowners on the sale of both phases to Taylor Wimpey.
