Project Description:  Plan IT has prepared a hybrid (part full and part outline) for a 197 new homes on a brownfield site close to the centre of Brownhills High Street. This is an important regenerative project on behalf of the Walsall Housing Group who are a major affordable housing provider within Walsall.  A decision is expected in the Autumn 2014.
