PlanIT Planning and Development Ltd recommended to clients that an Inspectors decision letter to dismiss an appeal for 34 residential units should be challenged. This case was reported to  the Court of Appeal on the 22^nd January 2014 and the Challenge succeeded. The judgement found that Inspector had failed to take proper account of evidence relating to the viability of refurbishing industrial units on the appeal site and was therefore flawed. Planning permission has now been granted.
