Radbrook College

Project Description: PlanIT project managed the submission of a planning application to convert this former college campus into a residential scheme. An outline planning application was prepared for the three landowners, The Radbrook Foundation, Shropshire Council and Shrewsbury College. Planning permission has now been secured for a scheme of C 145 homes including the retention and conversion of the Victorian college building into apartments.
