Project Description: PlanIT Planning and Development became involved in this project after a proposal for 22 units was refused planning permission on a site within the Cleobury Conservation Area. The refused scheme was redesigned and a new planning application was prepared which addressed the previous reasons for refusal. A full planning application was prepared. The scheme has recently been supported by Council Officers. Planning permission has now been secured.
