Blackley Brickworks

Project Description:  A former brickworks site within a sensitive Green Belt location. Outline Planning permission has been secured for a scheme of 125 units with open space provision. This proposal had to address the difficult policy tests which control development within the Green Belt. The scheme was worked through with the support of the local community and a viability case was demonstrated to justify a package of S106 obligations at a level which is below policy guidance.
