Project Description: A brownfield site close to the famous Aintree race circuit. PlanIT has advised the landowner from an initial planning appraisal through to the preparation of a planning application for 30 residential units which has been approved.

Consultancy Support: PlanIT has coordinated the preparation and submission of an Outline planning application.
