Project Description:  PlanIT has provided planning and development advice to landowners on the disposal of a 4 acres site close to Malvern town centre. The proposal is a regenerative, affordable housing-led scheme involving negotiations with a registered social housing provider. A planning application for c90 new homes has been approved.

Consultancy Support: Conducting contract negotiations on behalf of the landowners and advising on the prospects for planning permission.
