PlanIT Planning and Development was established by John Williams who takes a lead role in all projects which come through the practice. John has over 25 years experience in the private and public sector and has held senior management positions for housebuilders and planning consultancies.

John’s principal area of expertise is within the residential sector having worked directly for Bryant, Fairclough and Westbury Homes. John is now using the experience and knowledge of planning applications and site purchase to advise PlanIT clients on the planning application, site promotion and land transaction process.
