We wish to share, and invite comments on proposals to develop phase 2 of the Cricket Close development in Walsall. We will shortly submit these plans to Walsall Council but the scheme designs can be viewed here ahead of the formal submission. This phase of development will consist of 14 residential units comprising 2 and 2.5 storey houses across the following sub elements:
